Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 6, 2022. Motion by the defendant-appellant 2334 Coney Island Realty, LLC, to extend the time to perfect its appeal. Separate motion by the nonparty-appellant Johnny Aviani, to extend the time to perfect his appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, and on or before May 10, 2023, the appellants shall serve and file the joint record or appendix and their respective briefs via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the joint record or appendix and their respective briefs and upload digital copies of the joint record or appendix and their respective briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
