Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 20, 2022. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of a stated portion of the order and to stay determination by the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, of a motion filed by the respondent on January 20, 2023, to hold the appellant in contempt, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
