| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 12, 2020. Motion by Wiese & Aydiner, PLLC, inter alia, to substitute Trevon C. Fergerson-Hopper, as administrator of the estate of Christine Bouknight, for the deceased respondent Christine Bouknight, to amend the caption accordingly, and, in effect, to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the respondent Christine Bouknight.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed without prejudice to renew within 30 days, on proper papers demonstrating that Wiese & Aydiner, PLLC, represents the estate of Christine Bouknight for purposes of this appeal.
