Appeal from a trial readiness principal law clerk report and order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 6, 2022. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, in effect, for leave to appeal to this Court from the trial readiness principal law clerk report and order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
