Appeal from a resentence of the Supreme Court, Queens County, imposed February 5, 2019, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated May 5, 2021. By opinion dated December 13, 2021, the Court of Appeals reversed the decision and order of this Court and remitted the matter to this Court for further proceedings. Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief.
