Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 28, 2022. Motion by the respondent County of Nassau to extend the time to serve and file a brief. Separate motion by the respondent Town of Hempstead to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, and on or before May 19, 2023, the respondents shall serve and file their respective briefs via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve their respective briefs and upload a digital copy of their briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
