Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated January 18, 2023. Motion by the appellant to stay the public auction of the subject premises, to restrain the respondent from taking further proceedings to enforce the judgment of foreclosure against the appellant, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, to vacate the order, and to direct the respondent to review the appellant's loan modification application.
