Bannister on March 7, 2023, for a stay of an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered February 17, 2023, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the temporary stay issued by this Court on March 7, 2023 is vacated.
