An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Erie County, entered February 28, 2022, and respondent-appellant having moved for an order treating the notice of appeal as valid as to the dispositional orders of Family Court entered June 14, 2022,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the notices of appeal dated March 25, 2022, shall be treated as valid as to the orders of fact-finding and disposition entered June 14, 2022, under Appellate Division Docket Nos. CAF 23-00628 (Matter of Leonard P.), CAF 23-00629 (Matter of Kevin P.), and CAF 23-00630 (Matter of Michael M.), and

It is further ORDERED that the appeal taken from the order entered February 28, 2022, is dismissed (see Matter of Mea V. (Brandon V.), 210 AD3d 1408, 1408 [4th Dept 2022]).
