| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a purported order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated January 9, 2023. By order to show cause dated February 27, 2023, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated January 9, 2023, was issued in the above-entitled proceeding.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
BRATHWAITE NELSON, J.P., MILLER, FORD and DOWLING, JJ., concur.
