DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Louis G. Botte from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated January 12, 2022. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 13, 2023, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was extended until April 13, 2023. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
