ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated April 21, 2023, is amended by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning the appellant's time to perfect the appeal in the above-entitled matter the date "April 24, 2023" and substituting therefor the date "May 24, 2023."
