Motion by Artur Kotarba, inter alia, in effect, for leave to appeal to this Court from a decision and order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated November 29, 2019, which determined an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered April 25, 2017, or, in the alternative, for leave to reargue the appeal from the judgment, for summary reversal of the judgment, and for an award of damages against the respondent.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
