Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 28, 2022. Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, in effect, to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute the appeal and for leave to prosecute the appeal pro se.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal and the motion are transferred to the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department for determination (see NY Const, art VI, § 4[i]); and it is further,
ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with this appeal shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department.
