Application by Kester Sandy pursuant to CPLR 5704 to execute a writ of habeas corpus, which was denied by the Supreme Court, Orange County on October 6, 2022. The application was denied by a Justice of this Court on November 22, 2022. Motion by Kester Sandy, in effect, for leave to reargue the application.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
