| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Elizabeth Masters Batkin, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 8, 2022, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Elizabeth Masters-Cavell Batkin.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Elizabeth Masters Batkin to Elizabeth Masters-Cavell Batkin, effective immediately.
