Motion by Evan Louis Greebel to modify an opinion and order of this Court dated April 28, 2021, which disbarred him, upon his resignation, effective immediately, and denied his request for nunc pro tunc relief, to direct that his disbarment be applied retroactively to January 3, 2019, the date of his interim suspension from the practice of law, or, in the alternative, to October 6, 2020, the date of his affidavit of resignation. Greebel was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 20, 2001.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
