| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Freddy Jacobs for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Jacobs was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on December 14, 1988. By opinion and order of this Court dated December 3, 2014, Mr. Jacobs was disbarred, effective July 2, 2013, upon his felony conviction and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Freddy Jacobs does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
