Application by Donald Kernisant, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 20, 2015, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Donald Kernisant, Jr.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Donald Kernisant to Donald Kernisant, Jr., effective immediately.
