| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Edwyn D. Macelus, inter alia, to vacate an opinion and order of this Court dated June 15, 2022, which immediately suspended him from the practice of law, and to permit him to file a response to an order to show cause of this Court dated August 24, 2021. Macelus was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 17, 2014, under the name Edwyn David Macelus.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
