Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 7, 2020. Motion by New York Bankers Association, New York Mortgage Bankers Association, American Bankers Association, Mortgage Bankers Association, and Housing Policy Council for leave to file an amici curiae brief, by Andrew R. Doersam, an attorney in good standing in the District of Columbia, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent proposed amicus curiae American Bankers Association, and by James C. Sivon, an attorney in good standing in the District of Columbia, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent proposed amicus curiae Housing Policy Council.
