DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Marqui Paez from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 11, 2022. The appellant was granted leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person by order on certification of this Court on November 19, 2022, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal:
