Petitioner-appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of Family Court, Erie County, entered August 25, 2021 (CAF 21-01414 and CAF 21-01415), and to vacate the dismissal of the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered November 16, 2021 (CAF 21-01824 and CAF 21-01825),
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect is granted, the time to perfect the appeals is extended to May 22, 2023, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to vacate dismissal is granted on the condition that the appeals are perfected on or before May 22, 2023.
