DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Administration for Children's Services from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 29, 2023. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay enforcement of so much of the order as vacated a temporary order of protection of the same court dated December 2, 2021, as extended by that court, and to continue the temporary order of protection dated December 2, 2021, as extended by that court, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, enforcement of so much of the order as vacated the temporary order of protection dated December 2, 2021, as extended by the Family Court, Kings County, is stayed, and the temporary order of protection dated December 2, 2021, as extended by that court, is continued, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
