Appeals by Magali M. C. from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 20, 2021, and April 27, 2022, respectively. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals, to deem the appellant's brief filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated October 20, 2021, to also be filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated April 27, 2022, and to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to consolidate the appeals and to deem the appellant's brief filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated October 20, 2021, to also be filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated April 27, 2022, are granted, the appeals are consolidated, the briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated October 20, 2021, are deemed to also be filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated April 27, 2022, on or before June 12, 2023, the parties shall file replacement copies of the briefs which contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2023-01470 in addition to Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-08485 via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, upload digital replacement copies of the briefs that contain the corrected covers through the digital portal of this Court's website, and on or before June 12, 2023, the appellant shall cause the original papers constituting the record on appeal from the order dated April 27, 2022, to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[a][5]); and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time for the attorneys for the children to serve and file their respective briefs is extended, and on or before June 12, 2023, the attorneys for the children shall serve and file their respective briefs via NYSCEF, if applicable, or if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the briefs and upload a digital copy of the briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief is denied as premature.
