On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 10, 2023, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered June 3, 2022, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the words "said assigned counsel is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the" and substituting therefor the words "the following attorney is substituted as."
