By order to show cause dated February 1, 2023, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that the notice of appeal does not designate the order appealed from as it does not include the date of the order (see CPLR 5515[1]).
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
