Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review two determinations of the New York City Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings dated January 24, 2019, and May 2, 2019, which was determined by decision and judgment of this Court dated October 19, 2022. Motion by the petitioner, inter alia, for leave to reargue the proceeding, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and judgment of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
