Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 6, 2020, and three judgments of the same court, one dated June 9, 2020, and two dated December 22, 2021, respectively. Motion by the appellants, in effect, to calendar and determine the appeals together. Cross-motion by the respondents Paata Usoiani and Vitali Kasoev, inter alia, to disqualify counsel for the appellants.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross-motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross-motion is denied.
