Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 24, 2019, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 19, 2022. Application by the appellant to substitute Teresa Wasersztrom, as administrator of the estate of Felipe Wasersztrom, for the deceased respondent, Felipe Wasersztrom, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is denied without prejudice to seeking relief before the Supreme Court, Kings County.
