| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 22, 1994, and August 29, 1994, respectively, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated April 29, 1996. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 19, 2022, the motion by Gerald Aranoff for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court was denied. Motion by Gerald Aranoff for leave to reargue the motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant is precluded from making further motions or applications in connection with these appeals, without prior leave of this Court.
