Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 7, 2022, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 2, 2022. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to vacate the dismissal of the appeal and for leave to reargue his motion to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
