DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 27, 2021. Motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeal, inter alia, on the ground that no appeal lies from a judgment entered upon the default of the appealing party. Application by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,
