Motion by appellant pro se for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered May 6, 2019, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated December 9, 2021, and for the assignment of counsel. Separate motion by defendant, represented by counsel, for leave to reargue that appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,
