Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 19, 2021, and May 25, 2021, respectively, which were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated May 25, 2021.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as the appeal has been deemed dismissed for failure to timely perfect (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10[a]).
