Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 5, 2022. Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in an action entitled Middleton v Reverse Mortgage Funding, LLC, pending in the same court under Index No. 703563/2021, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the proceedings in the action entitled Middleton v Reverse Mortgage Funding, LLC, pending in the Supreme Court, Queens County, under Index No. 703563/2021 are stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
