| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 31, 2021. Motion by Hagelin Spencer LLC, and Sean M. Spencer to be substituted for the deceased appellant Paul Goorin as temporary administrators of the estate of Paul Goorin, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the deceased appellant Paul Goorin.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon proper papers, including an order granting letters of administration or appointing an executor of the deceased appellant's estate or other evidence demonstrating that Hagelin Spencer LLC, or Sean M. Spencer is authorized to act on behalf of the deceased appellant's estate.
