Defendant having moved for an extension of time to reply to the People's answering affirmation with respect to defendant's motion for a certificate granting leave to appeal pursuant to CPL 460.15 from an order of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, dated January 13, 2023,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and defendant's Responding Affidavit dated April 25, 2023, and statement dated May 10, 2023, are accepted for filing, and
