Counsel for appellant having moved for permission to withdraw as assigned counsel on the appeal taken from a judgment of the Cayuga County Court, rendered October 9, 2019,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon the presentation of additional facts demonstrating that defendant has abandoned the appeal, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to August 15, 2023, and, in the event of failure to so perfect the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
