Appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 8, 2022. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 24, 2022, the appeal was dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509). Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this Court from the decision.
