Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated February 28, 2023. Motion by the appellant to vacate or modify the order or to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of the order is stayed, and the respondent shall have parental access in accordance with the interim order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated April 15, 2021, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied.
