ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court dated May 17, 2023, in the above-entitled matter, on an application for a certificate granting leave to appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 2, 2023, is amended by deleting from the caption the word "Index" thereof and substituting therefor the word "Ind." and by deleting from the first paragraph the year "2022" and substituting therefor the year "2023."
