Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 8, 2022. Motion by the plaintiff-respondent to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved. Application by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeal.

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
