Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated June 13, 2022, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the City Court of White Plains, Westchester County, entered November 1, 2021, and for an extension of time to perfect.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition the appeal is perfected on or before July 31, 2023. No further extensions shall be granted.
