Appeal from a purported order of the Justice Court of the Town of Ramapo, Rockland County, entered November 17, 2022.

ORDERED that the appeal is stricken from this court's general calendar and appeals calendar.
Appellant's notice of appeal purports to appeal from an "order" dated November 17, 2022, "granting the OTSC and vacating the default judgment and warrant." However, the "order" granting vacatur of the default was done orally on the record and is not in appealable form. The oral "order" must be reduced to writing, and submitted to the court on or before June 30, 2023.
