Appeal by Daniel DeGroat, Jr., and separate appeal by Briana P. from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated March 15, 2023. Separate motions by the appellants to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, enforcement of the order is stayed, and the order of custody of Family Court, Orange County, dated May 2, 2018, is continued as to Briana P., pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
