| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered August 10, 2022. Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person. Separate motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person is denied, with leave to renew upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth the amount and source of counsel fees paid to retained counsel in the County Court and before this Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended, and the appellant shall prosecute the appeal expeditiously in accordance with this Court's rules (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9) and written directions.
