Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered March 7, 2023, and an application having been made for substitution of counsel as Attorney for the Children,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the appeals taken from the orders entitled Order on Motion #2 and Order on Motion #3 under Family Court docket no. O-00481-23 (CAF 23-00772 and CAF 23-00773) and Family Court docket nos. V-00482-23/23A, V-00483-23/23A, V-00484-23/23A, and V-00485-23/23A (CAF 23-00776 and CAF 23-00777) are dismissed on the ground that the orders appealed from are not orders of disposition appealable as of right (see Family Court Act § 1112 [a]), and the application is dismissed with respect to those appeals, and

It is further ORDERED that the application is otherwise granted, and Mary Anne Connell, Esq., 51 University Avenue, Buffalo, New York 14214, is hereby assigned as Attorney for the Children and may submit an original, five hard copies, and one electronic copy of a respondent's brief, together with proof of service of one hard copy of the brief upon any party exempt from e-filing pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.17 (c) (6) (A).
