Appeal from a purported order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered April 26, 2023.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appellants are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that no order entered April 26, 2023, was issued in the above entitled action and the court notice filed via NYSCEF on April 26, 2023, is neither appealable as of right nor by permission (see CPLR 5701), by serving and filing an affirmation or an affidavit on that issue via NYSCEF on or before June 26, 2023; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon counsel by uploading a copy of this order to show cause to the NYSCEF system.
