ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications to Withdraw Appeals, Cross Appeals, or Proceedings," dated May 19, 2023, is amended by deleting from the "Applicant" entry concerning the above-entitled matter the name "Administration for Children's Services" and substituting therefor name "Reuben F."
